Ingredients:
- 1 Vegetarian Plus Vegan Turkey Roll
- vegan tortillas
- vegan cream cheese
- lettuce leaves
- tomato slices
Directions:
- Defrost Vegan Turkey Roll and thinly slice.
- Spread vegan cream cheese evenly on one side of tortilla.
- Lay sliced turkey on top of cream cheese spread.
- Lay lettuce and tomato on top of turkey slices.
- Roll tortilla into a cylinder and use a little cream cheese to seal end of tortilla in place.
- Wrap tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour to let firm up.
- Unwrap plastic and cut tortilla vertically into desired thickness and serve cold.
